UM News story: Guide Dogs on Campus


U-M Students struggle everyday to keep up with their college classes and earn good grades. Reporter Laura Wilson and I found one student who calls upon a little extra help in the classroom. I did the shooting, editing and lighting.

Art for any gender, about transgenders.

As the old saying goes, 'a picture is worth a thousand words'. This fall I found a student who's art explains more than the english language can. I conducted the interviews, shot footage, and edited the whole piece. This story is also featured on the UMnews website, umnewsmontana.blogspot.com.

Sutherland says there are at least 100 transgender students at the University, and her art features a handful of them.
