During the 2010 Big Sky Documentary Film Festival I got to know Rainer Komers, a celebrated and very bright German filmmaker. Rainer began a series of four films, each related to one of the elements: earth, air, water, and fire. After his experiences visiting Montana, he ultimately made a film about Milltown, MT, to complete his series.

After his film played Rainer did a Q&A with the crowd. Through his thick german accent you get a sliver of his passion for the west and beautiful imagery.
